Love this Balsamic Vinegar!

It was many years ago that I first tasted lavendar balsamic vinegar at a shop in Saratoga, NY. My husband and I purchased it from them for several years until they stopped making it about 3 years ago. Since then, I discovered Georgetown Olive Oil Co. offered this as one of their vinegars, and I have found it to be comparable in taste, and their service equally as good. Love this Stuff!

Just a really nice tasting blend for salads or vegetables. I've been slicing cucumbers and adding a little salt and this vinegar and they are just delicious!
