I've used a lot of aged balsamic vinegar but I have to say this one had a great taste with the truffles infused. It's also addictive once you start using it. I find myself using it on salads on mozzarella or tomatoes. The way the bottle is designed out also comes out nice and slow so you don't over pour and water it. Great job, thank you
