Baking Mini Chocolate Cakes Class

Dawn is a wonderful teacher and her classes are always informative and enjoyable!! She is a gem. Thank you for the snacks and beverages and for hosting these fantastic classes. You make us feel pampered!!

The venue is lovely, the chef and asst were terrific. This was a very fun experience. If I had to offer a suggestion for improvement it would be a discussion on the number of people. Station 4 was between the oven and sink with 6 people. There was too much oven and sink traffic for Team 4 to have an excellent experience. Maybe eliminate station 4 in the future.

The class was fun and if I could make one suggestion it would be to have enough tools for everyone. We were sharing one spatula for spreading the buttercream on our cakes and the bottle for drizzling the ganache was shared by 4 tables, so there was waiting. Other than that, it was great!
