I have been looking for an easy energizer to use in my next HYROX race and I really didn’t like the taste of gels or the yucky feeling that they can give you. If you look carefully in video you’ll see a packet resting on the top of my water bottle. After my CrossFit workout, I took a packet out to work on wallballs. I love Rone caffeine free!!!
