Excellent flavour combo. Sweet mango and just enough ginger bring out the creaminess of the cheese. Excellent on a rice cracker.

Surprisingly good!

At first the ginger was very strong but after a few nibbles, the sweetness of the mango balanced it. I savored every nibble after that.
