This is becoming one of the favourites that I serve each Sunday afternoon . Wine and cheese party hit. They also loved the cheese wrapped waxed apple. I though prefer stronger cheeses...like the other ones I order.

Favourite Cheddar

This has become our favourite cheddar. Mildly sweet/smokey flavour, nice sharpness and crumble. Makes simply the very best grilled cheese sandwich on sourdough bread. Makes even more fabulous macaroni and cheese with tin of smoked salmon thrown in.
