I was very disappointed. I am a cattle ranchers daughter and love tri-tip. I cooked it to perfect rare sliced it thin but it was tough and VERY fatty. We tried you out because we had a roast dinner with your tenderloin at someone else’s house. That was delicious. For the money I would not order again.
