Bone-In Half Ham

BEST hams EVER! These hams remind me of hams served when I was a kid. I am now almost 80 years and I started ordering these SRF hams about 3 years ago or so. Best thing I ever did regarding hams. I ordered this ham for Easter Dinner. It came packaged very well with plenty of ice and it was frozen. It took 3 days to thaw. I cooked this in a slow cooker (recommended by a friend). I packed the bottom of the cooker with plenty of brown sugar placed the ham in flat side down and then covered the ham with with more brown sugar. . I cooked it u til the temperature read 140°. The ham came out unbelievably moist and sweet from the brown sugar. Everyone agreed it was the best tasting ham they had eaten. It was worth every penny I paid for it and can’t wait to order it again.

This is the second time ordering our Easter ham and it is just as juicy and flavourful as the first time. The best ham I or any of my guests ever tasted!
