It's extremely thin, so have your fire hot and ready for a very quick cook, don't take your eye off of it. Flavor, even the next day cold out of the fridge, was insane! I did a simple S&P rub on one side.

Its all true, this is the best of the best and completely worth it
I was surprised on how good this steak was. It was almost as trying a new kind of protein with the most umami, scrumptious taste Ive ever had.
Also, my first delivery came in one day late, so when I got it it was thawed, but their Customer Service team immediately sent a replacement. Amazing service.
It is a little pricey, but its completely worth it. I will definitely order another box.

So far this is the only cut I’ve made from The Ultimate Box, and it came out OUTSTANDING. This truly is the Wagyu of the pork world. I can’t wait to try out the other cuts of pork.
