Great support
I ended up damaging one of the clips on my durston kakwa 55 so I reached out to customer support whos said they would happily replace it at no cost to me. Customer support was quick and really easy to work with.

Awesome aftersales service
I've had 2 occasions to experience the Durston aftersales service. The first was the replacement part which failed due to my mistake in fairly difficult circumstances, with the breaking of a z flick pole.
The second was the no nonsense replacement of of a Kakwa buckle which did not fail, but kept opening, but was revised in later models. I don't mind paying a premium for the assurance of good customer service, and I don't think I'm paying a premium price for this excellent level of service.
I hope this continues.
