Perfect form factor, high value

​Maybe my favorite knife in the kitchen to cut vegetable like pepper, oignons, etc among all quality knives i have. The form factor is perfect for me, precise and visible tip, very light, very sharp and easy to maintain with ceramic. Easy to clean, and finish is really good. I would prefer micarta handle to g10, no screws and no tiny gaps where food may stick, but it's not really a flaw, juste taste, it is easy to wash. For the price, it's very high value. Best packaging I ve seen with cut testing proof. Impressed.

​Well worth the investment in a quality, highly crafted knife made in the U.S. If you don’t like prepping food, these knives make it a lot easier, even a bit fun.
