LIGHTWEIGHT AND RAZOR SHARP!

A beautifully crafted knife. Razor sharp. I've held off reviewing to really assess it's quality. This is the absolute lightest 10" Chef knife I've used (I've been cutting things for 45 years). It has kept it's edge for 5 months with only a weekly honing. I have yet to send it in for sharpening. Not only is it a showpiece, ergonomically it's perfect for my hand. Easy to control and fits like a glove. I would happily purchase again.
