Original Pancake Mix

Great Tasting; Easy to use

I thiink the pancake mix is healthy and clean. I am vegan so I used a flax egg to make pancakes instead of a chicken egg. That method worked fine. But for me there is too much sodium. I am very sensitive to sodium as I have high blood pressure. So I am passing on the mix to my adult children. Still recommend though.

I added Trader Joe's pumpkin pie spice and TraderJoe's vanilla paste to my second batch of this original pancake mix and both times they were so good.

Delicious and great Customer Service

The pancakes are clean and delicious. I'm a vegan, I skipped the egg, no structural issues whatsoever. Now for customer service, I noticed my package was taking longer than expected so I reached out. They immediately shipped a new one. I appreciated that. I'll definitely order again.
