Hello we followed the exact directions and the mix was very thick. Upon placing in pan and cooking it became stuck to the non stick pan. Same happened with each attempt. We gave up and made something else. Very disappointing.

Absolutely love your pancake mix even my husband loves it who is very skeptical so simple to whip up every morning and truly enjoy it. Thank you so very much. We don’t eat that heavy very often. That’s why I don’t want auto ship so I will keep you posted re-order when I’m about to run out. Thank you for keeping life so simple.

Great Tasting; Easy to use

I thiink the pancake mix is healthy and clean. I am vegan so I used a flax egg to make pancakes instead of a chicken egg. That method worked fine. But for me there is too much sodium. I am very sensitive to sodium as I have high blood pressure. So I am passing on the mix to my adult children. Still recommend though.
