My only challenge is the oxalate level - but I just take a little Cal-Mag Citrate afterward and I don't get any grit in my eyes! The herbs are a real treat. I'd also eat a version without the red pepper.... just sayin' ! =)

I too have a corn allergy. I now have a fun healthy snack that I enjoy. I bring a bag with me everywhere I go. When I travel, pickleball, the beach, in my car. It is perfect!

Delicious savory snack!

I love all of the Cob flavors but this one is special! The Mediterranean seasoning is so plentiful which makes it feel extra healthy. So good!
