Complete, but different than expected
All the screws are the right thread and diameter, but we have a medium-sized wheelchair and the set screws here are longer than what came with the wheelchair. I have to grind it down to make it flush just like the original screws.
The hex key is no longer stainless steel, but that's not that too important. Just different from the picture.
