WiggleLess Back Brace

Our 5 year old Chiweenie is recovering from her second IVDD flare-up, and this brace has been amazing. It keeps her back straight and stable during walks and gives me peace of mind when she gets the occasional zoomies. The quality is excellent, and customer service was outstanding when I needed to exchange for a different size. Highly recommend for dogs with back issues!

Dreadful measurement instructions Worse Customer Service

Firstly, this company took my order and my money. There was no correspondence despite my several emails and a long distance telephone call as I am from the UK. 3 days later no apology just they were on holiday. The order was then dispatched and it was then quick by FedEx. The jacket was way too small, it arrived with a single A4 photocopy of fitting instructions and a QR code to watch a video. I then sent images of the fit of the jacket which was very short and took my dachshund and the jacket to my veterinary surgeon. My dog has been diagnosed with IVVD. I have had to return the jacket back to the USA.Postage thus far has cost £65
