My dog LOVES Ollie! Always got ut at my local pet store. Glad to finally get it straight from Ollie with more flavor options, smaller portions and a container to put tgem in while they are in the fridge!

This is my initial order with Ollie. I was so excited to start my dog on ollie, based on all the reviews I had read. Unfortunately, the first shipment of the dog food was not a positive for me. I’m giving this a one star, because I can’t do zero. This initial box was shipped via UPS. It left Ollie’s facility on a Tuesday and was delivered on a Thursday. Two day transit time for human grade meat and vegetable food. There were 4 bags of dry ice that had completely evaporated and the food was HOT. This of course had to be completely trashed. I called and they are replacing with another shipment. The next shipment will be Monday and should arrive Wednesday. Again, why are you shipping human grade processed food that has to be kept frozen or below 40 degrees via a two day service. They will not ship via overnight. I will make sure to leave another review with the next receipt. I really hope my replacement review will be positive.

My dog LOVES this food. He inhales it and goes back to lick his empty bowl numerous times. It is very healthy food but also very rich. I had to cut back his portions because he was gaining weight. But he is happy and healthy. He gets so excited at mealtime that he dances while I’m preparing his food. So happy we found Ollie.
