This is my initial order with Ollie. I was so excited to start my dog on ollie, based on all the reviews I had read. Unfortunately, the first shipment of the dog food was not a positive for me. I’m giving this a one star, because I can’t do zero. This initial box was shipped via UPS. It left Ollie’s facility on a Tuesday and was delivered on a Thursday. Two day transit time for human grade meat and vegetable food. There were 4 bags of dry ice that had completely evaporated and the food was HOT. This of course had to be completely trashed. I called and they are replacing with another shipment. The next shipment will be Monday and should arrive Wednesday. Again, why are you shipping human grade processed food that has to be kept frozen or below 40 degrees via a two day service. They will not ship via overnight. I will make sure to leave another review with the next receipt. I really hope my replacement review will be positive.

My Ppup enjoy the food and treats. Also her food was delivered in a timely manner. Normally it arrive in the dark late in the evening.

Most of everything was frozen. Ended ul throwing away a few that were thawed out and had air in them and also mostly mushy.
