Very happy with my purchase.

This is a time-saving and consistency-producing tool. I am enabled in my cooking because of what I can do with it. One example: buying 15 lbs of mirepoix ingredients and using the mandolin to quickly break it all down into single-dish sized portions of freezeable mirepoix. I also love using it to get onions as thin as I can get them before pickling/fermenting.
