Smoked Maple Sockeye Salmon Nuggets

These lightly smoked salmon nuggets truly are exquisite. I speak from the perspective of having had the opportunity to sample various versions on the West coast during the years I lived there. These are right up there among the best.

all delicious, tthe smoked haddock was 5 stars…served it in a fish pie with haddock..delicious. Smoked salmon nuggets, tho pricey, dangerously addictive. The cod cakes were more potato than cod, I think the price should reflect that….however, that being said, we did enjoy them. May not purchase those again unless recipe is tweaked, or price point adjusted. everything else in my box was above expectations! Very happy. 😊

Smoked Maple Sockeye Salmon Nuggets

I opened my order last night including the smoked salmon nuggets. I grew up on the West Coast and drove across the country from Ontario where I've lived for the last 30 years to visit family. The first thing I did was visit the seafood display of a major grocery store to get some salmon candy and to my horror discovered that they stocked ONLY east coast smoked salmon. Insane! I'm so excited to have West Coast smoked salmon candy again. This seafood is such high quality and for someone who grew up on wonderful fresh local seafood, it tastes perfect.
