Smoked Sockeye Salmon

Excellent smoked salmon / slice retrieval issues.

Excellent smoked salmon. Losing 1 star relates to my difficulty separating the layers; every attempt to separate a thin layer resulted in retrieval of broken/torn bits in varying sizes. Since I intended to cut into smaller bits for scrambled eggs anyway, it was not a problem. However. I wouldn't choose it for presenting a charcuterie tray for guests.

Smoked salmon with a new twist

The salmon is smoked differently than the usual smoked salmon. I particularly like the less smokiness. A very enjoyable light taste.

Tastes exactly like what real salmon should taste like! Yumminess! This is now one of two of my go to’s for real smoked salmon that doesn’t have an off-putting taste nor smell and is the genuine salmon I grew up on and none of that foul farmed salmon ?!$& (in my opinion and palate preference). Although it is on the pricier end, I will repurchase this item during my next craving or promotional period, whichever hits sooner. Simply put, a definite recommendation.
