Great Homemade Salad Dressing

I have been looking to eliminate manufactured, highly processed salad dressings. I tried various Balsamic Vinaigrettes, but found them very unappealing. I saw Olive Oil Lovers ad for their new lineup of Balsamic Condiments and the Raspberry flavor looked very appealing. I order a bottle and really enjoyed 2 TBSN's with my salad, but was concerned with the high added sugar content, despite being a " natural " added sugar via concentrated raspberry juice. Then I tried 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, thawed (which makes them mushy with juices flowing) and mixed in 1 TBSP of the Raspberry Condiment and it was perfect!!! I find it to be a delicious combination & and they compliment each other perfectly. This added" bulk to my home made salad dressing and reducing added sugar to a more manageable level. Love it!!
