Everything looks great good variety!

The burger is great! The skirted beef was too tough. Probably didn’t marinate it long enough. Or, maybe should have thrown it in the slow cooker. That’s all I’ve tried so far. Love your story. It’s hard to find grass fed and grass finished beef here.

Beef has a great taste and is a good quality of tenderness. the pick up was fast and staff very courteous. I will continue to get my beef here
