Sichuan Chili Crisp Beef Jerky

Not good. Beef is almost wet and gilatenous. Flavor is the best part but not good

Product was alright, the flavor was a bit lack luster and had an bit of an off aftertaste. Texture was a bit tough. A bit of a let down on this flavor of Max Jerky.

The subtle spice from the sichuan chilli is to die for. I will def buy tons more of this!!! Love you Max and crew!!!
