Dry Aged Beef Chuck Ribs - Dino Bones

Absolutely delicious 😋. I seasoned them simply with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. I cooked them low and slow on my smoker, and they came out perfect.

I have been smoking pork for years now with wanting to get into smoking and grilling more beef. (other then ground beef) I have had the guidance of Creamery Creek Farms guide me in the right direction. The Dino Ribs that I bought has been an amazing addition to the list of foods I enjoy smoking. They also have amazing plate ribs, beef baby back ribs, and brisket. They will always be my go to place for beef.
