Dry Aged New York Strip Steak

The steak was good but I like a less thick steak not thin but in between. I grew up on a farm and I really like the dry age steak its the best.

My go to steak is usually a ribeye but I tried this Dry Aged New York Strip Steak. This steak brought me in on the flavor town wagon. It was perfectly marbled and a delicious beefy flavor. Go ahead and jump on the wagon and take a trip down the Strip. I do prefer mine grilled on the bbq.
