OMG!!! These llittle gems. I marinate them and cook them quickly in my air fryer. Yummy finger food. I make a meal out of them.

So, it was my first time preparing and eating quail after which I had to wonder, what took me so long? I thoroughly enjoyed the sweet freshness of the quail legs as did my guests whom also had never tried it before. I roasted them as per your dry rub recipe on your website which worked fine, but next time I think I’ll use less seasoning combos to avoid over powering the taste of the meat. All in all, I give it two thumbs up on the quail legs 👍🏾👍🏾
