Best belt on the market for weighted dips, belt squat, sled pulls… you name it, this belt can do it. The quality of materials on this thing is top tier. It is overbuilt, enough to last a lifetime. I haven’t felt any pressure points or discomfort anywhere while using this belt for anything it’s intended for, something I haven’t been able to find with other belts. LPG never falls short of exceptionalism on their equipment!
