Great guide.
I love this book. After six months of patching together my own bodyweight training from various YouTube videos, I decided to find something more structured. Yes, I could have signed up for any number of subscriptions. But why be on the hook indefinitely to do basic exercises. Wayne and Weng, and their Yellow Dude, are great teachers. They combine clear instructions and pictures showing how to do the exercise--and plenty of tips on what to avoid; lots of useful cutes for doing it right; and, most helpfully to me, structured progressions (or regressions) and full-week routines. This is the most cost-effective way to build your calesthenitcs training from beginner to intermediate.
