Great book to start calisthenics training
I like this book because it keeps things simple. Just three movements for the focus - push ups, pull ups, and squats, with progressions for each.

Awesome!
I’m going to be honest. The book in itself is amazing, the illustrations and information are on point. One thing though, if you are someone that is already more advanced, experienced or already have a strong base, then it might be a little underwhelming like it was for me. But other than that it’s amazing. And even if you have some experience in calisthenics it’s still a good book and worth reading. In short, an awesome book, if your interested in Calisthenics this is a good start and even for those who already know some stuff it’s still a worthwhile buy.
