Yaxell Hana 6.5" Nakiri Knife

Excellent for first time users and pros

Has enough weight to chop through vegetables like a hot knife through butter. Sharp enough and holds it's edge to be reliable. I use this almost everyday for basic prep work for meals or going through bulk amounts of vegetables at work. The handle is comfortable to grip. Can't get enough of it.

shockingly well crafted

wasn't expecting much, needed a new knife for fine cut garnishes, chives. green onion,watermelon radishes ect..pleasantly surprised by how light and nimble this knife is .

So far so good

Just got the knife a week ago. So far I quite like it. It's nothing fancy but seems to be a good value for the money.
