Demi

Small water tank and small waste bin. Took away the ease of having an automatic espresso machine. For a machine this expensive was hoping that it would have a better interface or at least WiFi capabilities to have app access. Espresso was mediocre. Hassle free trial/return policy was definitely not hassle free. Positives the machine is sleek and easy to use. Customer service was difficult to deal with. I think this machine is a step in the right direction but still needs a lot of work to be worth the price point. There are definitely better products out there.

Love it

I love this machine. It is easy to use and I've had some great tasting coffee. I do the double shot of espresso every morning and add a little steamed milk.

Demi

This is the ideal machine for our household. We have a standalone frother and the Demi has all the drinks we need. I just hope the long term reliability is equal to ihe Demi's price.
