The Sans water filter delivers on taste and quality of water. No foul smell from the tap. Had an issue with the fill sensor. However, after a few emails and videos sent to customer service, I received a replacement within a few days. Good product.

I absolutely love this product. Before I bought this I used a Brita and my water still tasted like a pool, too much chlorine. If it sat overnight next to my bed the next morning it would taste worse. Now with Sans we drink clean water and there no more chlorine taste because it’s actually being filtered out. I also love that I can choose hot water when I need to since we’re tea drinkers. It makes mornings before work super easy.
