Ordered the layered necklace with this cross necklace and the necklace broke at the cross within the first week. I reached out and was offered another set to try, which i accepted, and the same thing happened again. I wore this necklace and treat it like every other necklace I wear and never have issues with my other jewelry. I reached out again to customer service and are only offering me a 50% refund. I wanted to love this set but the quality isn’t there and the way they are handling it now for only a 50% refund is ridiculous.
