Looks decent quality and roomy. Zippers could be smoother, and the monochrome options are slightly off in colors between the different fabrics, and its annoying. I would pick a color style that didnt attempt to match the straps to the bag, if i could go back.

I love these bags. I got the neon yellow. So bright and pretty. It's perfect for sunny, hot summer days. The other bag (since they are bogo) is blue northern lights. It's so pretty too. They hold so much.

I waited far too long for my order, only to never receive it. Instead of using a reliable carrier, you chose to ship my package with a foreign delivery service called GOFO. I live on a military base, and GOFO is unable to access the base, making it impossible for them to complete the delivery. I don't understand why my order wasn't shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx—carriers that routinely deliver to military bases without any issues. This situation could have been avoided entirely by using a standard shipping provider. After waiting this long, it's extremely disappointing to be left without my order because of the shipping method you chose. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly by either reshipping my order through a carrier that can deliver to military bases or issuing a full refund.
