Personalized Circle Photo Bracelet

This was a gift and it doesn’t fit around my family members hand and customer service was basically like no refund or exchanges and that’s not at all what I asked for. I asked if there is anything we could do to make the bracelet stretch more or anything they could tell us like has anyone else had this issue and what did they do…Crickets…The picture was blurry and also this was not worth the money I spent. I was testing this product out because I was going to buy them for our family reunion with a picture of each elder that passed and give them out, but the customer service was terrible and I won’t buy anything else or recommend this company to anyone I know. I wish I could’ve given no stars.

I love the photo and having the bracelet but should have chose a different style. The material of the band is hard to slide to get on and off and it is scratchy/rough and leaves indentions in my arm easily.

Always great quality and tears of joy when given as a gift 🥰
