Halo Anklet

This was a total scam. I ordered a regular-sized item and received an anklet that was so large it could fit around my upper arm. I’ve repeatedly attempted to contact the company, but they have completely ignored my messages and have not responded through any available method of communication. I strongly recommend that others do not purchase from this company. There is a serious risk of receiving an item that is not what you ordered or is not as described, with no customer service or response when you try to resolve the issue.

The product is great but it took such a long time to get to me. I live on acreage and the delivery driver threw the package over my fence on the far end of my land. Had I not been notified that it was delivered I may not have found it.

actually I was pleasantly surprised a lot of the reviews weren't so great and I consider myself kind of picky and I love it! and it came really quick. let's just hope it doesn't tarnish other than that I love it
