Customized Name Earrings

I’m very dissatisfied with these earrings. They were made completely wrong, to the point that I can’t even wear them. My child’s name is spelled backwards on one of the earrings, making it look like two completely different names instead of a matching pair. On top of that, the earrings protrude and stick out far from my ears instead of laying flat, making them look awkward and very noticeable. What’s even more frustrating is that it’s unfair that I can’t get my money back for earrings that were made incorrectly. I paid for a personalized product that should have been made accurately, but instead I received a defective item that I can’t wear. I expect a full refund or a proper replacement because this level of workmanship is unacceptable.

I dont think they calculate the length of the name and where the hole will be in the ear. 5 letters but it goes out of my earlobe. Ot shouldnt be in the center.

Errings are both for the left side. I reached out to ask for a replacement and was told there was no defect. I have images if anyone wants to see. I purchased two pair.
