Dainty Cross Necklace

Necklace broke within the first week of wearing it. The chain broke off where it meets the cross and I can’t fix it. I emailed the company a week ago and still haven’t received a response. Cheaply made product and a non-responsive customer service team. Very disappointed.

I rarely have a negative review because I try to thoroughly research the products that I buy. I was extremely disappointed in the two necklaces that I bought because they are very inexpensive looking. They products that were pictured in advertising weren’t close to what I received.

It was as ordered just beautiful cross and don’t feel it as ypure wearing necklace .
