Cross & Crown Necklace

I absolutely love mine. I even bought one for my 6 year old granddaughter and one for my mamma! They just have beauty and elegance to them. I never take mine off and it stays looking brand new.

Terrible. I placed my order July 1st. The order shipped July 2nd. It shipped from China. so they use a third-party tracking system out of China, and out of the 21 days that this has been going on it only updated twice. Once about a week in to let me know that it was leaving China and then once yesterday, July 20th, to let me know that my package was delivered on July 13th. Impossible. I went to the post office because USPS did the final delivery, and since Lainly refused to provide me with a USPS tracking number, the post office could not help me. I emailed them three times yesterday, and instead of communication I woke up this morning to an email saying that my order had been refunded.I also posted twice on their top post on Facebook, and every single comment of mine has been deleted. So I know somebody is back there. Watching all of this happen. Save yourself and do not order from this company. This was a birthday present for my grandma whose birthday was July 13th.

It looked better in the pictures than it does in person. The necklace and the earrings are not sparkly, and you can tell they are fake, which I knew they were, but they really look cheap. I guess that's what I’m saying and the earrings are made very cheaply. I’m afraid to put them in my ears or even give them out as gifts because I don’t know if they’re gonna cause an infection.
