The Eternal Pendant Necklace

For what I paid for 3 pieces I was disappointed with the quality and packaging. They came in little bags that looked like they were feom some temu site. The pieces were light weight and lookes very cheap like a piece of childrens jewelry . Very unsatisfied with purchase

Daughters necklace turned black within 2 months. Company said it had a 100% color guarantee and its posted all over their website. The first response I received after reaching out to them, was to send it back overseas and I would be responsible for the return shipping, and any customs, duties, taxes and any additional import fees. I have reached out numerous times and I cant get anyone to get back to me. They have scripture on their website claiming to be a faith based company and it sickens me that they treat customers this way. I would hate anyone else to be treated like this. Deceptive business practice!

The gold color was very off & the chsin way too long with no way to adjudt it.
