I have a cast iron skillet that I love and this is s great compliment to it. Not only attractive, but very functional. It's the prefect size for medium sized jobs; cleans up easy; and looks good hanging up.

I also have the #10 skillet that I’ve owned for close to 10 years and love it but this carbon steel is over the top…love it!

Just get it.

Like a non-stick pan out of the gate! If you know you know. Heat.. add oil or butter and cook. Don't move or flip your food untill it releases onit's on. That's how carbon steel works. Definitely dry and heat after washing.add a few drops of oil and wipe. Wipe and ready to use again.
