Beautiful sturdy pot

My husband has worked as a cook on commercial fishing boats in Alaska and in fine dining for the Four Seasons Hotels. He requires sturdy, even heating beautiful pans. The Eater Heritage Steel 2 Quart Suacepan with Lid was a big hit because it checked all the boxes and most importantly is made in the US.

Heats liquids quickly with lid on

With the lid on, liquids heat up fast in this little saucepan! They clean up easily, too. Sturdy and well-built. I plan to buy more in the Eater line.

2 Qt sauce pan...

2 Qt sauce pan does what we need it to do. Our new stove's burners are a bit wider than our previous cooktop, so the old pans were burning food up the sides. This pot is wide enough and the bottom spreads the head nicely, so the pan heats more evenly, eliminating the hot sides.
