Fruity!
This coffee is so good at the head is all fruit I get blackberry then roasted coffee not chocolate just light roasted coffee then a hint of bitterness and sweetness as it aged it became more rich that's where the chocolate comes in with the blackberry but it is smooth and clean. As espresso it is a bit too rich to drink straight but still good.
