Premium Bamboo Shoulder Brace

You sent me a size medium after I told You the small straps were cutting into my skin. So I am using the small braces with the medium straps. More comfortable but I think would be better had you made the straps of the bamboo because that would be much more comfortable than the stiff straps

The strap that came with it was definitely too small to even fit around me, and I'm only 5'7" and 147 pounds. I ordered a medium based on measurements, but I think I needed to order up because this is too snug. And I had to take a strap from one of my other braces to use, because the one they sent was way too small. It's such an effort to try and return them that iIm not going to. So I'm disappointed

I first ordered the S by mistake. I made a request and you guys were nice enough to send a M at no charge. I'm wearing the M but its not a comfortable fit because the strap is not long enough and I keep making adjustment under the breast or over the breast. I most definitely need a L. I will just make due the the M. Thanks
