Retexes® Compression Shoulder Sleeve

The item is very poor quality, and when I contacted Retexes for a return/refund, I received no answering correspondence other than an automatic reply, indicating they would review my request. I have sent them two emails, one through their website, and have received no further information or contact other than the automatic reply that they were reviewing my request. If I could give it them zero stars, I would.

received the braces but not the other "free" products that were supposed to come with it.
