Kinetix Compression Shoulder Brace

This company charged me at the beginning for my product that I ordered. Then couple weeks later they charged me again of $39 for a monthly fee. That was not in the information that I received. They refunded me back that $39 for that subscription fee. But I still have not received my product. It’s been over a month and a half going on two months now still waiting. The tracking number they gave me for FedEx does not exist. It says. Never received my refund back or my product.

Placed order July 9th, supposed to be express delivery, 7 days max..still have not received my order. Now this site is saying that it's been delivered already No it's not been delivered yet. Today is July 23rd. Two weeks? Called customer service 3 days ago and was told that it would be shipped and I would get an email. The only email I have received is this one asking me for a review of a product that I purchased and have yet to receive. Was really looking forward to getting some relief from the pain in my shoulder.

Just got it today, its for my son. 6'3 170lbs. Fits good, easy to adjust and fasten, no complaints from him. He says its feels good, support and all.
