It is enjoyable but I have not notice a difference. My wife used it extensively for a week also. Same result. I will be using twice a day for another 19 day trial. I definitely appreciate the communications though. It is always critical to me as a means of being a serious and ethical business. Thank you.

This is just a vibrating heating pad. Disappointing. Another brand we own actually lifts up after the vibrating which does help decompress. I read reviews that the return process stinks and there is a 20% restock fee, so just taking my loss on this overpriced heating pad.

The heat and automatic massage helped the neck muscles to be relaxed and less sore. In addition to my personal neck exercise this was essential. 40% improved now, I was in tremendous ache all the time with tight neck muscles. Thank you for creating this wonderful device.
