Outfield Organics™ True Joint Cream • 4oz

This was packed in a flimsy mailer(not a box). The product’s packaging was crushed and the plastic cap was broken and unsealed. It came directly from China, which was not mentioned in the product’s description. Also, be aware of its “guaranteed return” process if you’re not satisfied with this product. They replied with an email stating they will only accept returns of a sealed, UNOPENED product. So…the guarantee does not apply to products that a customer even tries! That is absurd. I am still waiting on a reply to my email describing the crushed packaging and unsealed product with a broken lid. For $39 plus shipping, this is a huge disappointment.

Made a significant purchase. Three jars. Received ONE. Contacted customer service. Was told my concern was being forwarded to someone else. Ghosted completely. No matter how effective the product may be, who could ever recommend or repeat purchase from a company that doesn’t follow through on their mistakes? Disappointed and ripped off.

So Good, I bought some for friends and family, now some of them have placed there own orders. The jar is completely full to the top. Sometimes it takes 3 weeks to arrive. Wish I had a phone number to give you for customer service but I misplaced it.
