I find that the heat and massage go together very well. I would say an improvement on the noise level could make it even better. Would love to see some sort of neck stretching function as well. Overall, i enjoy using this product on my tight neck muscles.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. Shipping took much longer than expected, and when the product finally arrived, it didn’t perform anything like it was advertised. It just vibrates and does not provide the massage experience shown in the ads. The worst part has been the return process. I contacted customer service to return the product, but instead of providing return instructions, they kept trying to get me to exchange it for another product. Returning it has been unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. Between the long shipping time, the disappointing product, and the nearly impossible return process, I would not recommend this company or purchase from them again.

I'm up to 20 days, using it twice a day for at least 15 mins. Not really sure if it's working. I'm best in the morning, then I go downhill. I am retired, so I'm straining my neck, but I just can't seem to find out what's causing this pinched nerve. I'm not giving up yet. Thanks
